1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Made-to-Order & Curated Pieces
At Chioma’s Closet, we proudly offer exclusive and specially curated pieces from select brands. Some items are made-to-order or sourced on request to maintain their uniqueness and quality. For such pieces, processing and preparation may take up to 14 working days before shipping. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept the extended timeline required to deliver a carefully crafted, premium product.
3. Shipping Locations
We offer both nationwide delivery within Nigeria and international shipping. Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Within Nigeria
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
- Standard International Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.
7. Delivery Responsibility
While we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, Chioma’s Closet is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. We will, however, provide support and assistance in tracking and resolving delivery concerns where possible.
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the package:
- The parcel may be returned to us
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
We encourage customers to ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Chioma’s Closet is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
However, we will assist you in initiating an investigation or claim with the courier where applicable.
