  1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

While we do not provide refunds, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances, subject to availability and approval.

We will only consider exchanges if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If approved: 

  • The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact)
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased during promotional events
  • Custom-made or altered items

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including size, color, and delivery address) are correct before completing a purchase.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed over to a delivery partner, Chioma’s Closet is not liable for delays caused by the courier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
