Are all items ready to ship?
As a curated platform working with multiple brands, some items are ready to ship while others may be made-to-order. This will be indicated on the product page.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited and may not be restocked. However, you can contact us to check if a reorder is possible with the designer.
Are your items authentic?
Absolutely. Every piece on Chioma’s Closet is sourced directly from verified designers and brands we work closely with as well as Pre-Loved Designer pieces straight from Chioma Ikokwu’s Closet.
Returns & Exchanges:
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Do you accept exchanges? Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for sizing issues, subject to availability. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and resolve this promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.
